What notifications do Program Managers receive on Debt Eligibility?
Discover in this article the list of notifications available for program managers on our Debt Eligibility application.
Notification to Program Managers
Program managers receive only one notification during their use of Debt Eligibility:
- Summary notification of reservations approaching due date:
This notification is recapitulative and received once a week to alert the Program Manager to all reservations due to expire within the next 15 days on the program he/she administers.
It takes the form of a list, enabling the Program Manager to have a better view of reservations which may be contracted in the near future, or which require a reminder to the distributor.
- Notification when a distributor extends a reservation
As soon as a distributor validates the extension of a reservation, the email notification is sent to the managers of the entity who created the program for which the reservation has been extended.
- Notification when a consumption threshold has been reached
As soon as the reservation amount threshold for a program is reached, the program managers receive an email notification.
This notification is optional. It is activated for each programme and the threshold can be configured at anytime. See the article on how to create a program.
