Debt Tracking enables you to centralise all your transaction information in a single interface. Deal details, tranche characteristics, Administrative forms, dataroom, covenant control periods and results are all available at your fingertips.
Find out how to export all this information in Excel format, to meet your various reporting requirements; whether for audits, strategy meetings, business analytics, or simply to update other systems with operational data.
1. Extract data from transactions where your entity acts as Agent/Lead bank
In the Desk, use the side navigation bar, select the Debt Tracking app and navigate to "Data export".
On the export templates page, you can:
- Create a new export template
- Manage the fields exported from existing templates

Some templates are provided by default, but you may modify them to suit your requirements.
When creating a new template, it is saved on this page for future use. The list of all exportable fields is displayed on the left, and your template fields are on the right. You move them from a tab to the other with the central arrow after clicking them.
The “grip” button at the start of each line allows you to rearrange the order of fields in your template by dragging and dropping.
Remember to create export templates with data fields that are logically related.
To assist you, “Category” tags group fields by data family. Some tags are central (such as project, covenant, etc.), while others are very specific and should only be used with fields of a similar or related group (such as covenant version, margin level, etc.).
Then, click “Launch export” in the top right-hand corner to access a preview of the data format.
On the preview page, you can pre-filter the export according to the transaction status on the platform, or by transaction type.

For even more advanced filtering, you can further process the exported data easily in the Excel file generated by clicking “Export all data” in the top right-hand corner.
Data export is limited to 10,000 rows. We recommend selecting only the fields you truly require for your reporting, in order to avoid duplicate or unnecessary lines.
2. Extract data from transactions where your entity acts as Lender
If you participate in transactions to which you have been invited as a lender or participant, you may also extract data.
To do so, simply go to the export page and select the “Participant” view.
Then, follow the steps described in the first section above.
