Contact the operation manager directly: they can add you as a contact for the desired operation(s).
If one of your colleagues already has access to the operation, they can also add you as a contact. You will find the procedure in the section below: manage access to Kls Desk as a lender or borrower.
Access is controlled by users: no Kls employee can grant you access. If you don't know who to contact, please contact the publisher's support team at the following address: support@kls-desk.com
Manage access to the Kls Desk as a Lender or Borrower
If you are invited to an operation on the Kls Desk, you can share this access with colleagues of your entity.
All you need to do is access the Desk :
- If you are a Lender, access your interface using the side navigation bar: “Debt Tracking” then “Operations”, "Participant".
- If you are a Borrower, you will go directly to the Client interface.
Click on the desired operation. In the operation details tab, click on “Administrative file and access management” at the top right of your screen.
On this new page, go to the “File access management” tab.
From here, you can add a new user via his/her email address.
Once added, the user concerned will receive an email to validate the creation of their account. Once their registration has been finalized, they will be able to access the operation just like you.
If you wish to remove a user's access, on the same page click on “⋮”.
You will have the option to “Revoke access to the folder”. This action will archive the user in the “user no longer having access to folder” sub-tab.
This tab keeps track of all users who have ever had access to the file, and you can restore their access at any time.
How to change the email address linked to my Kls account
A Kls account is linked to an email address, provided by the Agent or one of your colleagues, already in contact with the operation. It may happen that your Kls account is linked to one of your previous email addresses.
In the event of an email change, you will need to modify the email address registered in your name on each transaction. To do this, you have two options:
- Ask the Operation Manager (Agent) to add your new email address as the contact for your entity (and delete the old one)
- Change your email address yourself by logging into your Kls account with the old address, manually add your new email to the contact list (and then delete your old email by logging into Kls with the account that has your new email).
I've changed jobs, I no longer want to have access to the Kls Desk
If you no longer wish to have access to the Kls Desk, or to specific operations, you can :
- Add someone who will take over the follow-up from you. He or she can then withdraw your access by following the procedure described above.
- Ask the operation manager (agent, operation leader) to remove you from the operation. We recommend that you provide the contact details of the new person in charge.
