How can I find my transaction when I have access to the Kls Desk via multiple entities?
In this article, you will find all our advice on how to easily access your operations if you have been invited to monitor transactions on behalf of several lending entities.
Context
When you are invited to monitor a transaction in Debt Tracking, you are listed as the lender contact for a specific entity provided by the operation manager.
If you manage transactions on behalf of several entities, you will have a separate entry in the platform for each entity.
On this page, we use the example of a user monitoring two transactions: one on behalf of CIC (Île-de-France) and another on behalf of CIC Private Debt.
1. Accessing my transaction from the platform
To access a transaction from the platform, the user must log in via the Kls Desk login portal and enter their username and password.
Having trouble accessing the platform? Read the article: I can’t access Kls Desk.
Once the user is logged in, the “My entities” page is displayed:

To access the desired transaction, the user must select the lender entity associated with that transaction.
At any time, if the user wishes to consult another transaction they are monitoring, they can switch entities by clicking the “Change entity” function in the side navigation bar.

The user will be redirected to the “My entities” page.

2. Accessing my transaction from an email notification
To access a transaction via an email notification, simply click the call-to-action button provided in the notification email. This may be either:
- A button (for example, view the list of covenants, access the dataroom, etc.)
- A direct link that takes you to the location of a document
By clicking the element, regardless of which entity the user is currently logged in with, they will be redirected to the correct item.
